Luby Bower is a craft spirit maker born from a generations-old history of distillation dating back to the prohibition era. The company is named after the founders’ grandparents, Agnes Luby and Gladys Bower, whose families immigrated from England and Ireland in the late 1800s. Sidney Bower, the head of the Bower family, was a master blacksmith by day and - legend has it - clandestine brewer of Saskatchewan's finest bathtub moonshine by night.
